Welcome to the Lee’s Crossing Homes Association, Inc. Website!
Lee's Crossing is a large subdivision with 409 homes in the City of Marietta. It is a swim & tennis community with a property owners' association governed by a board of directors comprised of elected, individual homeowners. It is within walking distance to A.L. Burruss Elementary School, Marietta High School and Laurel Park. Parts of the neighborhood border the Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park. Lee's Crossing is on the site of the former Manning farm that was owned by the Manning family for over 100 years. During the Civil War, the Smith-Manning house was headquarters for Gen. William J Hardee and also served as a hospital. In the late 1970s, the Manning estate and Cousins Properties came together to develop the subdivision.
Neighborhood amenities include a large clubhouse with a 1,500 sq. ft. meeting room, a junior Olympic pool, four lighted tennis / pickleball courts, and two pavilions. Owners can rent the Clubhouse for private events for a modest fee. The neighborhood has a successful swim team, a variety of tennis and pickleball teams, and a strong social calendar with events nearly every month.
Residents are welcome to attend monthly Board meetings.
Interested persons can access the monthly newsletters, Board meeting minutes and governing documents through the Document tab above (then click the tab “ACC, Amenities, Covenants, Minutes and Newsletters”).
Tennis and Pickleball Court reservations are available for residents (who have signed in) through the Court Reservations tab above. You will receive a court gate code with your reservation.
Click on the Swim Team Link above for direct access to the swim team website.
We have revised the swim & tennis rules as of March 17, 2026 to reflect that all four tennis courts may be used only for tennis or pickleball and to note that court reservations are no longer available through the Hold My Court app, but instead are available through the leescrossingmarietta.com website.
